The Flow EX3 is a high-performance wheelset designed for AM, DH, and Enduro racing. The 29mm wide 6069 welded aluminum rim features a Tiebeam triple cavity design that balances radial compliance with lateral stiffness. This reinforced structure is engineered to resist dents, sidewall folding, and air loss during heavy impacts, making it a benchmark for durability on World Cup DH and Enduro World Series courses.
The wheelset features the E-sync hub, which includes a chromoly axle and double-row Enduro bearings for a 47% increase in max torque capacity over previous models. With 8.18° engagement and reinforced pawls, the hub is built to handle high-torque loads from eBikes and aggressive trail riding. The matched wheelsets use traditional J-bend lacing with a single spoke length for simplified serviceability and include tubeless tape pre-installed.
