Description
The brand new Spatz Aquasokz (Hi version) were designed specifically for the Alpecin Deceuninck Pro Cycling Team. The requirement was an aero focussed product that excelled in wet conditions.
The Aquasokz are made from 100% waterproof fabric (PU coated lycra). To satisfy the needs of Worldtour riders, the aim is not necessarily to keep the feet dry but to keep the rider comfortable and fast in adverse conditions.
- Wide silicone leg gripper to ensure a non-slip grip.
- Cut tall to meet UCI length regulations.
- A very tough velcro fastener tucks neatly behind the cleat/pedal interface to allow easy wearing, tuning of fit and a very aerodynamic silhouette.
- Kevlar toe area to avoid nicks and tears to the fabric.
- Silicone grippers have been placed inside the heel area to lock the booties solid against your shoes. They will not “ride up” your heels during a race situation.
- A subtle reflective logo in mid grey keeps things classy.
