Description
The Maxxis Minion DHR II is an aggressive gravity-oriented tire designed for high-traction downhill and enduro applications. It utilizes a 3C MaxxGrip compound for maximum damping and slow-rebound properties, paired with a reinforced 2-ply DH casing to handle high-impact forces.
The tread pattern features ramped center knobs to reduce rolling resistance and improve acceleration, while the side knobs are borrowed from the Minion DHF but widened for increased cornering support. All widths 2.4″ and above utilize Maxxis Wide Trail (WT) construction, optimized for 30–35mm internal rim widths.
